Fundraisers require a number of different of skill sets. Whether they are managing a campaign or planning an event, professional fundraisers need to be well-organized and have strong project management skills. Fundraising is all about setting goals and then developing and executing a plan to reach those goals. That means being able to effectively manage people, resources, and timelines.

Professional fundraisers need to be able to think on their feet and adapt their plans as needed. They also need to be excellent communicators, both in writing and in person. With so many moving parts, it's essential that fundraisers have strong organizational skills and can stay calm under pressure. When it's done well, fundraising can be a fun and rewarding way to make a difference in the world. But it takes hard work, dedication, and a whole lot of skill.

Through training and coaching, we take fundraisers and the managers of fundraising processes, beyond Fundraising 101, with a focus on the development of key skills to increase individual capabilities and organizational capacity.
